I’m Keeping My Eye on the Goal That I’ve Set My Sights on

26 Mar

When I decided to go to college overseas, I didn’t think it would be as hard as it turned out to be. I tried to ready myself, but it was tough on me during my first year of college in Singapore. I knew that I would be taking physics, so I began getting Singapore physics tuition help as soon as possible. I knew that it was a tough class, and I was afraid I would fail if I didn’t get help early. I was struggling with several of my easier classes, and I knew that physics would be even harder.

I was a star student at my high school back in the U.S. School was always easy for me back home. I loved getting good grades. My education meant a lot to me early on. I’m not sure how I’ve always had such a high drive when it comes to schooling. I know that is not the norm. My dad has always told me that he hoped that I would graduate with a college degree, but he never really pushed it very much. My drive has come from somewhere within me, and I think that I’m really lucky that I have that drive.

During my junior year in high school, I decided that I wanted to go to college overseas. I knew that I wanted to go to Singapore. I began to set the wheels in motion to make it happen. During my senior year, a lot of my school friends talked about getting jobs after school or finally moving out on their own. All I thought about was getting into a good school in a new country, seeing new things, mingling with people who speak other languages and doing well with all my classes. Since I’ve arrived here, it has been tough, but I know I will have no problem over the next four years if I push myself really hard.
